These rules describe how SubbieSpace accounts, content, messaging, and technical services may be used.

Reporting and support

Report suspected misuse through SubbieSpace. For support or an appeal, contact admin@subbiespace.com.

Prohibited use

  • Breaking any law or encouraging unlawful work.
  • Uploading malware, scraping the platform, probing security, or disrupting service.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation.
  • Publishing private contact, financial, identity, or payment information without authority.
  • Sending spam, misleading promotions, or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Attempting to bypass account restrictions, payment controls, application limits, or verification checks.

Content standards

Content must be relevant, accurate, lawful, and suitable for a professional trade marketplace. Do not upload defamatory, deceptive, explicit, hateful, dangerous, or infringing material.

Automated access

Bots, crawlers, bulk exports, automated account creation, and automated messaging require prior written permission from SubbieSpace.

Response to misuse

We may rate-limit, block, remove, preserve, investigate, suspend, or terminate activity that breaches this policy or creates risk for users or the platform.
