Delete your account in the app

   Sign in to SubbieSpace.

   Open Settings.

   Select Delete Account.

   Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

SubbieSpace permanently disables and de-identifies your user account and removes personal data associated with it from the active service, including:

• Account and profile information
• Job listings
• Applications
• Messages and conversations
• Portfolio items and uploaded files
• Reviews you submitted or received
• Saved jobs, searches and other personal account data

Deletion does not always mean every copy disappears immediately. SubbieSpace may retain only the records reasonably required for the following purposes:

• Backups: encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
• Legal, tax and financial records: transaction, invoice and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by Australian law.
• Fraud prevention and security: limited safety, moderation, fraud and security records may be retained for up to 2 years after account deletion.
• Disputes and legal claims: relevant records may be retained until the matter is resolved and for any additional period required by law.

Retained records are restricted, are not used to keep your public profile active, and are deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention period ends.
